The second is a new apreggiator, I haven't messed around with this much as it's not something I'm very interested in. That's one of the great things about Reason, there are so many features that you can really just pick and choose what you want to work with. Maybe sometime in the future I'll jump into using the new aprpeggiator and find it's very useful. Basically it works with all of the Reason modules so you can turn anything (yes anything) into an arpeggio.
The third new feature is ReGroove which Dallas Doppler Radar Weather you to add "life" to your programmed music. Basically you can use it to humanize your music, to add more of a groove so that it's not as stiff as programmed music generally is. Depending on the type of music you like to create, this could either be an incredibly useful tool or something you ignore.
The fourth new feature is probably the biggest improvement and that's with the sequencer itself. Now you can change tempos within the song and you can change meters at any point.Those are just the Solaris Tuning most obvious changes, there are a lot more. Some of which you may have to get used to at first but I think you'll be very pleased with the amount of flexibility you now have with the sequencer.
